Testo 420 Air Flow Hood Kit

The Testo 420 is a professional volume flow hood designed for HVAC commissioning and balancing work. It measures flow velocity, volume flow, absolute pressure, temperature and relative humidity — all in one instrument. The integrated volume flow straightener calms turbulent air at swirl outlets, enabling accurate volume flow calculation across the 80 to 3,500 m³/h range.

The control panel tilts or detaches to suit your working position, and the measuring instrument can be removed from the hood entirely for standalone duct pressure, flow and volume flow measurements with a Pitot tube. Bluetooth connectivity links to the free Testo 420 iOS and Android app for live measurement, onsite protocol generation and email reporting.
