Using It on the Job

1. Connect to System: Securely connect the Testo 565i to your system's service port using appropriate vacuum-rated hoses and adaptors.
2. Check Oil Level: Before starting, verify the oil level through the sight glass. Top up with clean ISO VG 46 vacuum pump oil if needed to ensure optimal performance.

4. Automated Evacuation: If using a Testo 552i vacuum probe, set your desired vacuum target in the app and initiate the automated evacuation and hold test.

6. Isolate & Disconnect: Once the evacuation and hold test are successfully completed, isolate the system from the pump, switch off the 565i, and carefully disconnect your hoses.
