Using It on the Job

1. Before starting, ensure the heating system is safely isolated if performing maintenance. Power on the analyser and allow 30 seconds for sensor zeroing.
2. Select the correct fuel type (from the five available options) via the intuitive menu to ensure accurate combustion calculations.
3. Carefully insert the 180mm flue gas probe into the stack, using the cone stop to position it correctly within the flue.
4. Utilise the integrated magnets on the back of the analyser to fix it to a metal surface, such as the burner housing, keeping your hands free.
5. Monitor all relevant combustion parameters on the high-resolution graphic display or remotely via the Testo Smart App.
6. Document results digitally through the app for easy data transfer, or send them to an optional Testo Bluetooth printer for on-site hard copies.
