Description
The Testo 300 Longlife Flue Gas Analyser Kit 4 with Printer is your reliable partner for installation, service, and maintenance on heating systems. This comprehensive kit helps Aussie techs accurately check combustion efficiency and emissions on gas boilers, hot water heaters, and other combustion appliances.
Anyone who’s been on a few call-outs knows how crucial fast, reliable combustion readings are for diagnosing issues and keeping systems running clean, especially in our varied climate. This analyser's longlife sensors mean less downtime and more accurate work, job after job.
Best For
- HVAC service and maintenance technicians
- Gas appliance installers
- Plumbers dealing with hot water systems and boilers
- Energy auditors checking system efficiency
- Apprentices learning combustion analysis
Compatibility
This kit includes O₂ and CO sensors (up to 15,000 ppm) suitable for most common heating system flue gas analysis. The analyser is also ready for a NO sensor to be retrofitted if your work requires nitric oxide measurement. It works with standard flue gas probes connecting via a bayonet lock.
If you're running a different model, check fittings and specs before ordering.
Features
- Smart-Touch Operation: Intuitive measurement menus and a fast-response HD touch display for ease of use, similar to a smartphone.
- Longlife Sensors: Equipped with high-quality O₂ and CO sensors rated for up to 6 years of service life, reducing replacement frequency.
- On-site Documentation: Generate and email reports directly from the analyser, streamlining your paperwork.
- TÜV-Tested: Certified according to 1st German Federal Immission Control Ordinance (BImSchV) EN 50379, Parts 1-3, ensuring reliable performance.

- Post-Use Care: Remove the probe carefully. Clean any residue from the probe shaft and ensure dirt filters are clear. Store all components safely in the provided case.
Limitations & Safety Notes
- Always ensure proper ventilation when working on combustion appliances to prevent CO poisoning.
- Flue gas probes operate at high temperatures; allow them to cool before handling.
- The NO sensor is not included as standard in this kit and must be retrofitted if needed.
- Ensure the dirt filters on the probe are regularly checked and replaced to maintain accurate readings and protect the analyser.
- Follow all relevant Australian standards and Safe Work guidance for working with heating systems.
Tradie Pro Tip
Don't forget to zero your analyser in fresh air before every test. It’s a simple step but critical for accurate readings, especially for CO, ensuring you get reliable diagnostics on every job.
Pair With
Consider pairing this kit with a Testo differential pressure gauge or a digital manometer for additional diagnostic capability. A good quality set of basic hand tools for accessing boiler panels will also come in handy.
