Using It on the Job

1. Prepare: Ensure the instrument is clean, battery is good, and calibration solutions are at ambient temperature.
2. Calibrate: Use the pH 4 and pH 7 calibration solutions in the dosing bottles. Calibrate the probe following the instrument's instructions for accurate readings.
3. Measure: Immerse the pH2 probe into the semi-solid media you need to test. Ensure good contact and wait for the automatic final value recognition to stabilise.
4. Record: Note down the pH and temperature readings displayed on the LCD.
5. Clean: Thoroughly clean the probe and the TopSafe protective case with water or mild detergent immediately after use to prevent cross-contamination and prolong probe life.
6. Store: Place the probe back into its storage cap with gel, and store the entire kit securely in the aluminium case.
