Javac VacMaxx High-Performance Evacuation Kits (Installer & Elite)

Experience a new era in HVAC system evacuation. The Javac VacMaxx is a cutting-edge hose kit meticulously engineered to accelerate your vacuum process and enhance on-site efficiency. Say goodbye to the severe bottlenecks of standard 1/4" refrigeration hoses. VacMaxx utilizes massive internal diameter hoses and industrial KF16 vacuum fittings, exclusively designed to help you pull deep, reliable vacuums in a fraction of the time.

Key Features & Trade Benefits

  • Unmatched Speed: The massive internal diameter of the VacMaxx hoses allows your vacuum pump to breathe, significantly reducing evacuation times so you can complete projects faster.
  • Outgas-Free Technology: Standard charging hoses absorb moisture and "outgas" under a deep vacuum, ruining your micron readings. VacMaxx hoses are built with advanced, non-porous materials that eliminate outgassing entirely.
  • Industrial KF16 Fittings: Ditch the leaky threaded connections. The VacMaxx system utilizes KF16 clamping mechanisms with stainless steel C-rings and Viton O-rings, guaranteeing a 100% airtight seal.
  • Total Versatility: Designed to adapt seamlessly to any job. Both kits include a comprehensive selection of swivels and adapters to mate KF16 fittings perfectly to standard 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2" SAE system ports.
Tradie Pro Tip for Evacuation:

Your 8 CFM vacuum pump is virtually useless if you are choking it through a standard 1/4" manifold hose and a restrictive Schrader valve. By using the included Schrader Core Removers and hooking up these large-diameter VacMaxx hoses directly to the service ports, you open up the system's "throat." You will literally watch your micron gauge drop 10x faster than traditional methods.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Which kit should I choose?

The Installer Kit is perfect for daily residential work and standard split systems, giving you two massive hoses to hook up to a primary port and a vacuum pump. The Elite Kit steps it up for commercial technicians, adding a third hose, an extra core removal tool, and more adapters, allowing you to pull from multiple ports simultaneously (e.g., high side and low side) to evacuate large volumes rapidly.

What are KF16 fittings and why are they better?

KF (Klein Flansche) fittings are standard in high-tech industrial vacuum physics. Instead of relying on a threaded nut that can vibrate loose or chew up a rubber gasket, KF fittings use two flat metal flanges pressed together by a quick-release aluminum clamp over a center ring and Viton O-ring. This provides a laboratory-grade seal that will never leak under deep vacuum.

What does "outgassing" mean in refrigeration hoses?

Standard rubber charging hoses are microscopically porous. Over time, they absorb refrigerant oil and moisture. When you subject them to a deep vacuum, those trapped gases and moisture are pulled out of the rubber ("outgassing"). Your micron gauge reads this as a leak or a wet system, causing endless frustration. VacMaxx hoses use specialized liners that completely eliminate this issue.
