Can I use other brands of filters with this jumper hose?
Yes. The jumper hose is designed with a standard 1/4" Male SAE flare. This means you can use almost any standard 1/4" male flare filter drier (like a Sporlan or Danfoss) once the initial filter supplied with the kit has been used.
Is this kit necessary if my recovery machine already has a screen?
