Using It on the Job

1. Power Down: Always ensure your Testo flue gas analyser is powered off and disconnected from any flue or process before opening the casing.
2. Locate Sensor Bay: Refer to your analyser's manual to find the correct slot for the COlow sensor.
3. Remove Old Sensor (if applicable): Carefully unplug and remove any existing sensor in the COlow slot.
4. Insert New Sensor: Gently push the precalibrated COlow (H2-compensated) sensor into its designated bay until it's seated firmly.
5. Close & Power Up: Securely close the analyser casing, power it on, and allow it to complete its self-test and warm-up sequence.
