Description
This Testo H2-compensated CO retrofit sensor (0554 2104) is designed to easily upgrade your compatible flue gas analyser, giving you accurate carbon monoxide readings even in the presence of hydrogen. It's a straight swap to activate H2-compensated CO measurement and automatic dilution in your instrument.
For techs working on older gas appliances, industrial burners, or any system where hydrogen might skew your readings, getting true CO values without cross-interference is crucial for safe and compliant operation. I've seen enough dodgy readings from uncompensated sensors to know it's worth getting it right.
Best For
- HVAC service technicians
- Gas fitters
- Industrial maintenance teams
- Anyone needing precise flue gas analysis for compliance and safety
Compatibility
This sensor is specifically designed for use with:
- Testo 350 - Portable Emission Analyser (0632 3510)
- Testo 350 - Process Kit (400563 3511)
If you're running a different model, check fittings and specs before ordering.
Features
- H2-Compensated CO Measurement: Delivers accurate carbon monoxide readings even when hydrogen is present, preventing false highs or lows.
- Precalibrated Sensor: Ready to go straight out of the box, saving you time on site.
- Effortless Installation: Designed for simple, DIY insertion into compatible Testo analysers.
- Automatic Dilution Activation: Ensures the analyser's dilution function is active for high CO concentrations.

Limitations & Safety Notes
- Only compatible with the Testo 350 Portable Emission Analyser and Testo 350 Process Kit.
- Installation requires careful handling of the analyser's internal components. If unsure, consult your analyser's manual or a qualified service technician.
- Always ensure your analyser is powered off and disconnected before attempting sensor replacement.
- Regular calibration checks are essential, even with precalibrated sensors, to maintain measurement accuracy.
Tradie Pro Tip
When replacing any analyser sensor, always remember to perform a fresh air zeroing and give the instrument a few minutes to stabilise after powering back on. This ensures your readings are spot on from the first test.
