Using It on the Job

1. Power Down: Always switch off and disconnect your Testo 350 analyser from power before attempting to open the housing.
2. Access Sensor Bay: Carefully open the analyser casing according to the manufacturer's instructions to access the sensor compartment.
3. Remove Old Sensor (if applicable): If replacing an existing sensor, carefully unclip and remove the old unit.
4. Insert New Sensor: Align the new 0554 2104 sensor correctly and insert it firmly into its designated slot. It should click or seat securely.
5. Close Casing: Securely close and fasten the analyser casing.
6. Power Up & Calibrate: Reconnect power, switch on your analyser, and perform a fresh air zeroing/calibration as per your Testo 350's manual to ensure accurate operation with the new sensor.
