How quickly will you respond to a quote request?

We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri). If your request is complex (large fleet/fit-out), we may ask a couple of follow-up questions to quote accurately.

Can you quote bulk orders and multi-item kits?

Yes—bulk orders and van fit-outs are exactly what this form is for. Include quantities and a postcode/state so we can factor in freight for bulky items where relevant.

Can you quote items that aren’t listed on the website?

If you’re chasing a specific brand/model, put it in the notes. If we can source it, we’ll let you know—otherwise we’ll suggest the closest equivalent from our range.

Do you ship Australia-wide and provide tracking?

Yes. Carrier choice and timing depends on item and destination. Tracking is supplied once an order leaves the warehouse.
